5. Legal Action:

  • Thiam Seng Electrical Trading Co reserves the right to take legal action against individulas or entities engaged in fraudulent activities or making false claims against our warranty policy. This may include pursuing damages for any losses incurred. 

6. Limitation of Liability: 

  • Thiam Seng Electrical Trading Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damage arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
