Monday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Sunday and public holidays: Closed.

We supply and install leading air-conditioning brands including Panasonic, Daikin, Midea and Haier.

Yes. We handle residential air-conditioning systems as well as commercial VRF, VRV and multi-split installations.

We provide air-conditioner supply and installation, normal and chemical cleaning, repair, troubleshooting, dismantling and replacement of spare parts.
08 Do you provide warranty and after-sales support?
Yes. New air conditioners are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. We also provide a 30-day workmanship warranty for installation and servicing work.
09 Are you an authorised Panasonic dealer?
Yes. Thiam Seng has been a Panasonic authorised dealer since 1995 and an authorised service partner and spare-parts stockist since 2004.
10 Can I buy air-conditioner spare parts from you?
Yes. We stock a wide range of genuine Panasonic air-conditioner spare parts. Availability depends on the model and current stock level.
